Having the same issue on my pc. Gets stuck when trying to sign in and then gives an error message.

There seems to be some ISP issues for a couple of users at the moment, logging in using a VPN should fix it.

I am not able to login too.
Reported to Plarium via support tab. Waiting to see whether they can fix it.
So far only gotten a general reply which does not help.
