The same happens to me today after they released update my profile I s gone there is some login but it is not that and all goes from start

I messed around and got my account fixed. Thanks Plarium for never responding to my needs. Or anyone else's it seems.

I tried to log in with my facebook account in the morning but started the game all over again, my entire account disappeared, I wrote to support but only the robot responded. I played from PC, I had no other account. 

I have been playing every day for 1 month, I also bought a few times with a credit card, it seems no one excites me because there is no normal contact opportunity to talk to admin.

Hello my Acoount is deleted and i didn know why.

My ingame Name was Galek.

I logged out by accident and then created a new version by accident. I can’t access my original game where I at a high level. Please help me access my original account before the shard event is over. I was due 6 ancient shards last night. 

My Account is recovert but all my Heros an Time i spend was gone.

same shit on my Main Acc, i have spend lots of time, after login the game starts at lev 1?????? i was lev 59 with many Legendary Hereos and Items Tons of Charges and Books, and Runes...., what the F..k goin on......, im really p..s of....

Give me my Acc back as soon as possible....

 i have do the same progess many times and every time the same bulls..t, im really pi..of, and the support send only robot mail, nice try lots of player have the same trozble with the acc... and the support do nothing,
