Their tech support is a joke. There’s literally barely a way to get a hold of them.

I have the same problem. After months of playing and progressing, I logged out of RAID on my ipad. I did not have a Plarium login. When I launched RAID, it restarted from the beginning. I cannot log in via my Facebook account which is how I did it originally.
How do I get back to my saved progress??!!

No answer. I have been trying Discord as well but am not used to it so no idea if they replied there or not
