I went to make a plarium account so that I could move to desktop.

Instead.. It wiped out all my progress and all my paid content and made me run though the starter primer again.

That was frustrating, but I made a support ticket and waited.

And got nothing other than a canned response suggesting i connect to a plarium account. I responded to that asking for assistance. No return response at all.

I waited more time. Nothing.

I submitted another ticket.

Same canned response. Responded to that seeking help.

Still nothing.

I dont know what to do here. Best thing I can think at this point is to challenge previous charges and see if that raises enough interest to respond to my ticket. Anyone have any tips for getting plarium to stop ignoring my tickets and provide some customer support?
