The issue is that we HAVE contacted support.
I have contacted support 3 times now. Support just says, essentially, log on using your PC. And Play your original account there.
Support doesn't offer any solutions in how to restore your account back on ones' phone and/or mobile device.

Okay, my problem is finally solved. What I did was uninstalled the app off my phone. Reinstalled it. And then after executing the App,
BEFORE DOING ANYTHING ELSE.
On the top right where it says Log-in. Log-in using your Plarium account. Hopefully you made one during the actual account you have invested in.
Check to make sure your desired ID number is the correct one on the top left. I wrote mine down.
Then the game should update in its full 1.25GB and voila!
