So purchased the month pass today for 9.99. as it's a subscription service, I cancelled it so it didn't take another payment in a months time. Went to go back and play the game, but my accounts been banned for "refund abuse."

I've never requested or had a refund in the game. So why the hell has the account been banned for cancelling a subscription? The date the ban ends is in September! So basically the battle pass I purchased is now useless, month pass isn't usable, and everything else I've purchased (over £100) has gone because you think cancelling a subscription is refund abuse?
