I had a game going for a while, logged into Amazon Prime, made a few purchases and everything was great. then I decided to sign up for a Plarium account, to get the rewards. Once I logged into the new account through the game, it wiped everything and brought me to the Tutorial. 

I've submitted a few support emails, but no helpful response. 

Just a heads up to anyone who might want to sign up for a Plarium account. Be careful!
