Hello, I have been playing from mobile for about 20 days or so, my ingame name was DiceyDice and I connected to amazon prime but It seems I never created a Plarium account so upon reinstalling the game it started a new run. None of my email accounts were recognized by the forgot my password button. I would like to have access again to that account if at all possible, or if there is no way to achieve that and I have to start over at least to be able to claim amazon prime rewards again.
