Battle Pass removed
I bought a Gold Battle Pass the day they were released. The next day, my account was "banned", like everyone else's. When I finally was able to log back in, my Battle Pass was basically removed (as well as all the rewards that came with it). I have not received a refund, and I still do not have access to the Battle Pass I purchased. I've submitted numerous help requests, and have yet to hear back, for several days. This is shabby, Plarium.
