Hi, I experience some issues with the launcher first that crash everytime I try to open it and with the account like the email adress and account doesn't get recognised any longer when I try to play on Bluestack. It's obvious that I prefer having my account back but if it's a problem coming not from the launcher but the account itself banned, how can I make sure I can have the compensation if I have to restart everything from the first level in a new account ?
