I purchased the Battle Pass with fully levelled up and got Wurlim Frostking the first day. Then I got banned due to technical problems, couldn't play for a day. After my account lifted off with a couple of days' progress and resources gone. The Battle Pass is gone and I am so frustrated without hearing anything from Plarium for a couple of days regardless of how many tickets I sent! This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. I am losing my interest to play the game, please respond ASAP!
