Same over here. Lost Battle Pass and another purchase after a false ban was lifted. A backup profile replaced the latest profile.
That is all fine and was well handled by Plarium. But the loss of both purchases is quiet annoying. Don't know is it's going to be reimbursed or otherwise compensated. I contacted support; in the ticket of the ban (#1593047) and made a new ticket (#1598337). As it is now been two days it's getting quite well.... you can fill in the rest ....
I know I'm not the only one but if you pay a fair amount of money... Hope this will be resolved soon...
