Hello, I was rather advanced in RAID shadow legend and then created an account here and connected it to my game.

Now my account has been reseted. I'm a paying customer as I took the gold thing on the new challenge and now all seems lost and gone.

Is there a possibility to recover it?

EDIT : made a request to the tech support form hoping it will unlock the situation. Screen name was Dumnotauros like here. Email of the Google account is the same as the one used here.
