i instaled plarium play on my pc and used google and facebook links to continue my progress from the phone but nothing hapened. Then i tried to play from my phone but the game freezes at loading screen. i was thinking if i reinstall the game would be fine but it didnt. after reinstall on my android phone the game started over a new profile. well ok but the the aditional conection to plarium id loaded the profile from pc and now im stuck and dont know how to reach my old progress w/o another half year.

CAN I GET TO MY OLD ACOUNT

I accidentally logged out of my old account now its not allowing me to login to it. It tells me the account is logged in.... Or my user name is linked into another account. How do I log in to my old account. The support page in app doesn't load. 

I have the same problem. Deleted the app for a while, but can't login with my old account
