I think my account was stolen

hello Pls Help

I have allready submited a tiket from website and from my phone. But no one answer me.

I cant access my account :No account matching this email address was found. Please verify the email address, create an account, or contact Plarium Support

Hello, if you did not connect it to a plarium acct i do not believe anything can be done.

i had plarium Account [email protected] was the account name.

i even have emails from google play from the time i purchase ingame items on this account 

I use the same account to connect also from my pc.

is like someone change the email address of my account and the account now do not exist. 




I MANAGE TO LOG INTO ACCOUNT FROM PC WITH GOOGLE LINK ACCOUNT.

AND THE ACCOUNT IS HACKEDED.

PLS HELP ME REMOVE THAT EMAIL .

BECAUSE I CANT IS REQUIRE A PASSWORD

This just happened to me recently and support was pretty much useless.


I had to take over the email address used by the thief to take my account back myself. 


Edit: Sent you a PM on how to get your account back.

I have this same issue with the changed email, support isn't helpful either. Could you share the recovery tips with me as well?

Bumping this. Need a mod to weigh in. Probably need to provide a ticket # so they have some info to work with.

3 days ago my 2nd account also had
the exact same thing happen. Plarium support has been near useless. I
dont take screenshots of my purchases from 3 months ago, and i have 2
accounts, no way to know which bank transaction is for which account.


Plarium has failed to address any of my questions or concerns,
completely ignoring them, and has failed to give the slightest bit of
care or apology for their incompetence. Just list of demands. In fact it
seems as if they dont really read my emails at all and just give
generic responses. If your customer help doesnt have time to give a
crap, then hire more people.
