hello,

i’ve tried placing this ticket in the in game support system but i only got a very generic response that didn’t address my issue at all!

during this current champion training event that is going on right now, my mailbox happened to fill up to max and over write my saved items in there that i purchased with cash. these items that were overwritten had close to 90 days remaining before expiring. all in all i lost about 85-95 items which were primarily arena refills, and a small amount of clan boss keys (i purchase the daily pack that has brews keys shard chicken and refills every day, and save only the clan boss keys and arena refills).

can someone please help me with this issue? it’s very frustrating to lose that amount of refills purchased with cash!

any help is greatly appreciated!
