I Haven't Been Able To Receive Amazon Rewards For A Week

I've opened up multiple tickets, got a canned response from the first one that didn't resolve my issue, and nothing after that.  I cannot claim the Amazon reward.  I have no idea what changed between now and when I claimed Ultimate Garek but it's saying I can have only one Amazon account tied to my Plarium account.  I have a screenshot.  Anyway, can someone fix this please so I can finally get this 2mil silver and 700 energy?


I've spent over 300 in two months.  Please help me out here.

I am having the same issue and sent two tickets but I only received the same automated response.
