2FA problem here

Hello there.

Old user, new account because of 2FA problem with Plarium.

2 days ago i decided to finally put the game in background on my PC since i only played Raid on my phone. Sadly i had problems with my password so i had to request a new one. After that, the game asked me for authentication code. I have never in my life used 2fa before, doesnt ring any bell i did with Raid either. As i read there are an other option, by email, which i peobably did, tho i cant find any "10 emergency keys" in my mails... I already asked help from support. Someone called Volodymyr answered my cry for help. Asked me for personal detalis and screenshots of the last purchase which i sent them in like 20 minutes. Since then its complete silence... Today i sent another support request with my informations in the description Volodymyr asked for the other day. And lo, Volodymyr sent me yet another mail...asking for the infos yet again... same email, word from word...

Is there anyone that can help my problem? I read support can turn off 2fa from my account. I have spent a lot of time and most importantly money on this account which i wouldn't be happy getting flushed down the toilet...

I am unsure if you opened more than one ticket - but if you did please avoid doing so again because it can delay replies/resolution from support.

Regardless, you are going to need to be patient and work with support on this one. I understand it is likely frustrating but please give them time to sort it out as making these types of changes to accounts aren't taken lightly by support.

Likely frustrating? No, this is more than that. Thank you for your reply, its good to see atleast someone works at Plarium. They should do something because calling whatever this is "Support" is just not true. Volodymyr's email seems like its an automated mail, yet it shouldn't be because i already got the automatic message from plarium that they got my support request. What kind of support system is this? What if people have problems with payments, especiall with the pricier packs? What about the others on forum who haven't recovered their acc after 50 days? Should i be just leave my money and time spent there?


Ill try to be patient but after days it's kind of getting hard. I know im not the only one with this problem here, not saying that prioritize my problem to solve, im trying to say either say you help your players, or just dont give them false hope if they make a mistake...

Understandable. And to be clear - I'm not a support member from Plarium but one of the volunteer moderators of the forum. 

I do not know if multiple tickets caused issues in replies but I do know support is very careful when it comes to matters of account ownership, 2FA, etc. It is also now the weekend so that can cause further delays in replies. 

If you do not reach a resolution by next week please shoot me a DM with your support ticket #.
