Ticket from December 17th - STILL NOT FIXED.

I have received the usual Copy/Paste responses from Plarium "Support", but not one 'real person' has contacted me in nearly a month regarding my open ticket.
I have been told that a "Specialist" would reply within 48hrs of a message sent back to me on January 4th. Obviously it has been over 48hrs since that message.
Can I please get this ticket rectified in time for the CVC?
