No account matching email
I put together a new PC and installed a new instance of PlariumPlay. When I go to access an alt account using the email I get error message: "No account matching this email address was found."
I literally was just on my alt prior to upgrading my PC. I have the old hard drive with old instance of PlariumPlay, is there user account data/cache that I can copy over and where is it? I tried copying what I thought was user data/cache but it didn't work. I sent an message to support but it has been days with no response and I don't want to miss the Alice Chase. Any other ideas? Please advise.
