Lost progress after creating/linking Plarium account in-game

Hello,

I just started playing via TapJoy to complete a certain amount of tasks for rewards within a time limit. I purchased a $125 pack (one of the tasks), and completed several other tasks.

Then I made an Plarium account in-game, to save my progress as the game recommends. But instead, the game reset, started a new character and I was back to square one. Lost all progress and lost my purchased pack.

So instead of saving my progress, I lost it all. And now I cannot claim my TapJoy rewards, as I cannot prove I did the required tasks (TapJoy wants screenshots as proof)

I have submitted a ticket, but it has been a week now, and theres only 12 days left of the TapJoy reward event.

Does anyone know how long I can expect to wait for support to restore my account? Can they restore it? Am I able to get a refund if my reward time exspires? Is there anyway to lookup my account, perhaps ingame?


I am very unhappy with myself, that I created the Plarium account. It has ruined everything :-(

When I try to see my ticket, all I get is this page ??

Is my ticket still being processed?

Won't reload my progress now been playing for well over 5 months what I lose all that and characters if so I want full refund

Hello there OP

When you open another account, usually you can just sign out and relogin back under the original account once you finish the tutorial. Have you finished the tutorial and tried to switch accounts by clicking your profile then logging out?

I have tried this, and it started the tutorial once again.

It has now been 2 weeks without reply, and there's under 5 days left of my TapJoy offer.

This is not looking good, and I will make a claim for a refund from Google this weekend.

What a terrible experience this has been :-(

Google didn't want to refund me. I'll be hesitant to buy anything via Google again.

I was just about to issue my bank to refund the money, and I was contacted by Support. They were able to restore my account. That's the good news. Bad news is, it was on the same day my offer from TapJoy expired.

Currently I have support tickets with TapJoy, so hopefully I will get everything, that is owed. First one did go through after acceptance from Plarium. So lets see.

TLDR: I got my account back after about 3 weeks.
