Lost progress after creating/linking Plarium account in-game
Hello,
I just started playing via TapJoy to complete a certain amount of tasks for rewards within a time limit. I purchased a $125 pack (one of the tasks), and completed several other tasks.
Then I made an Plarium account in-game, to save my progress as the game recommends. But instead, the game reset, started a new character and I was back to square one. Lost all progress and lost my purchased pack.
So instead of saving my progress, I lost it all. And now I cannot claim my TapJoy rewards, as I cannot prove I did the required tasks (TapJoy wants screenshots as proof)
I have submitted a ticket, but it has been a week now, and theres only 12 days left of the TapJoy reward event.
Does anyone know how long I can expect to wait for support to restore my account? Can they restore it? Am I able to get a refund if my reward time exspires? Is there anyway to lookup my account, perhaps ingame?
I am very unhappy with myself, that I created the Plarium account. It has ruined everything :-(
