Hello help for proteting my account
Hello,
after speaking with support and providing sufficient information about
my account, they denied me help. I mentioned that a family member gave
me a smurf account, and when I changed the email to my email, I
mistakenly put a different domain. My email is .......@hotmail, and I
put my same email but .......@gmail. Now I can't modify the email; I
have access to the account and I still play it, but I can't protect it.
They told me that they denied me help because I was violating the rules
regarding account purchase and exchange, etc. I had no idea about this,
so they refuse to help me because the account was given to me, which is
prohibited. Okay, if that's the case, then fine. However, as I became
interested in the game, I started watching YouTubers and streamers whose
followers let them use their accounts, either to open fragments or
boost accounts under the pretext of "in this video, account review," and
they even profit from it. I contacted them again and asked why I was
treated differently than those people, and they basically ignored me.
They told me they had already given me enough information about my case.
The thing is, they don't even respond to me anymore. I send them proof
of all the people who violate more rules than I do, and nothing. So I'm
asking for help here to see if they can assist me. I want to say that I
will not give up; I hope to resolve this amicably. If not, I will be
forced to defend myself against unfair treatment by the company. I have
gathered sufficient evidence and data. Maybe I won't achieve anything,
but if the rules are applied to me, I want them to be applied to others
