I purchased a 1 star sould from the sould merchant i awakened her and then went o get the blessing and it told me i had to awaken the soul,i allready did this and if you look at the sould merchant you can see soul allready purchesed,now i dont no what to do,any help would be apreciated.
Hi,
Make sure you're looking at the correct champ and not say, a duplicate version of a champion you've already awakened.
As well, make sure you've gone to your awakened champ's skill page and picked a blessing if possible.
If you're sure everything is correct - including being on the right account - you'll need to contact support and see if they can look into it.
