Absurd Account Deletion Process

I played Raid over 3 years ago for a handful of days. Literally less than two weeks. I had created a Plarium account and linked FB and Plarium. 


I am back, giving the game another shot.  And Support refuses to delete my account because I can't specify the month and year that I created my account. All emails have been purged, and I never spent any money on the game so there is no transaction history to reference. Facebook is currently linked but I can't link Plarium and missed the recent promo code because of this. I literally can not remove the linked account because of this and Support isn't helping.

Hi,

Support is very careful about letting anyone take account changing decisions and are especially careful as it pertains to adjusting login information, etc.

Fortunately (or unfortunately, depending on one's view) they make it difficult to make those types of account changes without sufficient proof/data.

Same with me. I wanted to change my email but their code never arrive, soo issue on their side. I created this account years ago. How I am suppose to remember month, year and city? I travel for work and change city every 6 months
