lost access to the account
On August 16, I was kicked out of my account "Raid shadow legends", when I tried to enter the code from Google Authenticator it turned out that I had a problem with time synchronization, which means that the code I enter is no longer valid, I tried to make a backup copy but did not have time to scan the QR code and lost all the records that were in Google Authenticator.
On August 16, I wrote to support that I lost access to my account because I can't enter the code from Google Authenticator. But I never got a reply.
On August 24, I resubmitted my request to support, but still no response.
There are no emails from Plarium in the spam and junk mail folder in my mailbox.
I'm posting from another account now because I can't log in to my main account.
