I didn’t receive anything either, dc’d about 50 times over last cpl weeks and lost way more than the comp.
And now I didn’t even get the comp.
What can I do to get comp reward, better than nothing even tho it’s not near what I lost.....

Same here I was playing when the announcement came out. I don't know if that affected it. But its very disappointing!!!

I can assure you I have been affected by the server issues, in 10 years of mobile these servers have been the worst I have played on.
How can I get the comp at this point?

Hi!
I have checked with support and there is unfortunately nothing that can be done in this case. They cannot check the individual reports but they will try avoiding the same issue next time.I am sorry if you were affected.

Hey but deleting Messages they can. Very good Work RAID and Community. Dont do anything, Just taking your Money. No real Upgrade only New Heroes and not enough Place to keep them. Andere btw delete this Message to, your Same good at it.
