Update on a Support Ticket
I have recently lost access to my account. I have contacted support and after verifying that I am the account owner, Raid Support's last reply was 4 days ago saying that they will create a new Plarium ID for me when I provide a new email address. I immediately replied with my new email address, and there has been no response since. Is there any way to check on the status of my support ticket without having to open another support ticket? My support ticket/request number is 5697476. Any help is much appreciated as I am anxious as to what the hacker might have done to my account since. Please help.
