Hi, recently downloaded the game and started playing it and I liked it enough to invite my boyfriend to play with me, we followed the instructions to the letter, he had never installed the game before, he use the link that I had provided to download the game and we never got linked, I tried to talk to support but all I got was it's not our problem and that we have no control over the system which feels like a general excuse so now I'm trying here because the way it seems with the other people posting these threads with the same situation they're being directed to customer service like they can fix the issue even though I was told the opposite so I would like some clarification on whether this is something that can be remedied or not.
