Hello There,

I'd played this game for nearly a month on my phone, and have just decided to sign up for Plarium account.

My player profile was wiped when I try to sign in on my phone, the whole thing just went into the initial game demo.

This is really devastating, I never thought this could happen as most people try RNG games before they are willing to register for anything.

People only sign up for actual game account once they are satisfied with what they got.

I think this is a major bug.

Please let me know how I can get my profile back.

Or I am quitting this game.
