My raid pass renewed a few days ago but is not active on my account. I noticed the other day that I no longer had it (did not get extra auto battles) and I thought it had expired.  I tried to order it but was told I already had it but it was tied to another account.  

I can see it in my subscription (see pic) but it is not active.  This seemed to happen on the renewal date.  I also started using the Plarium app (love it by the way) at the same time. 

Please let me know what I can do to get this fixed as it was charged, but I am not getting the benefit.
