Yesterday I accepted my gift purchase of 50 multi-battles. I lost them all when the new day came just 30 minutes after I accepted them.
I didn't know when the day starts again that any multi-battles are lost.
Can someone help?
Multis don't truly reset, but your daily refresh won't add on to your current multi total if you're already at or above your limit. So I am assuming you opened your multis, then didn't get additional ones at reset since you were at your limit or at least near your limit.
If you do wish to see if someone can help, you'll need to open a Support Ticket in game. Only they can refund items/packs/multis, and only in rare cases.
