earlier today i was playing and got disconnected. after trying to log in a few times with no successes over a two hour period, and no notice of maintenance, i thought the game was bugged or corrupted. so i unistalled and re installed the game.  I thought that since i wasnt changine devices, my profile\account would be intact, but i appear to be mistaken as i cannot access my original account.  my user name was Tyrstan  on that profile. could it be restored?
