Server Down?

Last successful login was around 11:00 UTC... since then i am getting "Connection Error" message as follows:

"Server connection failed.

Check your internet connection and try again. If you continue to experience this error, please restart the game."


I have restarted the game 3 times, rebooted my iphone XR and restarted the game again.... same error message.


I love how the built in messages always point to user error.  All my other apps & communications are connecting without issue... SO, this must be a Plarium server issue.

Me thinks someone else needs to restart their device... hint: rhymes with Glarium.

This is getting ridiculous.  All day. I can't finish my quests! They better re-emburse us

I too have experienced this all day on my iPhone. I’ve tried WiFi and LTE but no success even though my browser has internet access. Super disappointing for someone who has invested money in this game. I thought I lost everything.

Another here. Playing on a brand new Samsung S10+ that could connect just fine yesterday so it's not a phone issue.  Wireless nor mobile data will allow me to connect. Please let us know what is going on.

Same issue here. For over 8 hours now! They are blaming Verizon Wireless from what I read. How many of you have them as your cell phone provider?

Same exact situation here- iPhone 7plus w/Verizon. played around 8am-945 am this morning. Then around noon I cannot get connected... restarts yes... power phone off yes. No help.  I will be extremely upset if I lose paid daily rewards and progress. Hopefully they resolve their issues soon.

I use Verizon... as I assume many, many others do. This certainly cannot be left unresolved.

Well, since yesterday I can't get on thru 4g network. But I went home last night and I could get on thru Wi-Fi.  Plz fix!
