Hi !      I recently  came up to my 30 day anniversary with Raid Shadow Legends.    I have been collecting the various rewards made available every day in the calendar form where one has to click on the day to get that reward.  On day 30, the champion was the reward, I forget her name but she has great attributes    When I clicked on that day to recieve her as the reward, the game froze.  I waited for 45 minutes without any change.     I did not recieve the champion.    I logged out and back in and still no champion and I ciuld not retry because the month expired abd tge program thought I mived on from the 30th day.

Pkease Advise   

i have put inba ticket but no response, which is aggravating.  There shiuld be some sort of direct response to me via ingame so I know the status of the issue
