I have not been able to connect to the game in over 2 days now. I just reached lvl 60 and am a clan leader of a full clan. I was in the process of completion of the newest fusion legendary. Completed the campaign on Brutal and farming it. Spent lots of money in the game not to mention countless hours.
Like I said I have not been able to connect to the game for over 2 days and have sent requests to tech support along with posting on the facebook page and emailing to tech support with no response.
I am greatly disappointed in not being able to come up with a solution so I am able to get back in game in a timely manner.
Spending my time and money on this game I would like to know how I am going to be reimbursed? Is it plarium's intention to just take the money and run? Does plarium even care about it's customers? As of right now to me it seems like the answer is NO! 😠
