I'm new, when i've started Ronda was in the portal. I was collecting shards to open doing campaign, progress missions, etc. At the second day, Ronda dessapeared, and never come back. There is no way to solve this? Already send a ticket, and was waiting and holding for any other champ for 5 shards. Its very difficult play like this, against many and many players with Ronda or/and UDK in their teams.
