Complaint - Gamivo $100 Reward

I completed the Gamivo $100 Reward campaign - reach Lvl 40 in 35 days. 

Contacted support on 26 October 2022, they confirmed I was eligible and reward would be sent 8 November 2022.

Still not received reward and support is just going round in circles. All feels like a scam. I asked to raise a complaint but this is never acknowledged. Can someone from Plarium resolve this for me, rather than simply passing it off.

Same thing here, emailed them October 24th and they just keep saying, "it should be sent within a day or two." Or "it was sent on November 8th." This is ridiculous, feel like I wasted my time with them and this stupid game for nothing. Do we have any right to sue lol?
