Update causes account loss

My game just popped up an update, which iv selected to perform.  Once completed, my game started the opening cutscene of the game.  I'm now being asked to select a starter champion on a new account.  I have no idea how to get my account back.

The same thing happened to me I'm really mad this should not happen with all the money spent on this game

I have totally lost my accout all of a sudden. I have paid quite a price for it too and I want it back. How do I get my account back?????

Something similar happened to me too. I closed the game, and when i wanted to restart it my password doesnt worked. I reseted the password, but the game started from zero... I lost 7 month of gaming + ton of money.

Plarium is manned by incompetence in design and in management and is non existent in customer support. Somehow they will try to make this out fault.

My update presented the same. Opening dialog and forced to reselect  champion. My ID also changed !

I messed around and somehow got my issue fixed... no thanks to Plarium.

same it happend to me i lost my account i purchased a few things and spend tons of time online :(

Sadly it forces you through the tutorial because you pressed start rather than log in.


Go through it then log out, then log in properly with your email address...DO NOT PRESS START.

Yeah, my account is gone too. Wonder how long it will take to get a response from them.  I had game kick me out overnight saying someone else logged in.  Then when I relogged in it sent me to the tuturial

Why is no one from Plarium replying to this thread? I cant access my account for 3 days now. I spent more then thousand hours on that account and what is for me significant amount of money. I want something to be done.

Lost my account as well after last big update. All of a sudden my email address for the attached account didn't exist on their end??? No luck restoring the account. I only get auto replied emails from support.
