I created this registration after i got the new phone so the answer is no. I have screen shots of my original user id and champions artifacts etc. it would be easier to email someone for help.

I tried downloading the game hoping to put the original user id in but it auto assigns a new id, now no matter how many times i download and delete it im left at the same step to select a new champion.
