Hi There, I open a ticket and still waiting for some feedback, Got home after work to play Riad for the 2x event and when logging in, the game started from the beginning, which i thought was weired and maybe it went into my other profile but it was on my  Plairum ID email and password and now all is gone , I am level 80 and in game Name Is Falldestroyer, is there any way to get my account back, As i spend many hours and money in this game to be simple robbed.

You should be able to switch back to your old account by logging out of your new accidental one? Did that not work? Just click on your Avatar/Profile Pic from within the game and the option to Log Out will be there.

If you did all that, the only thing to do is wait for support to get back to you

It's been almost a full week and I still can't sign in to account. PC says game is loaded on desk top yet is asking me to install game. I've  tried installing game uninstalling and then reinstall.  Yet pc says game installed and Raid is asking me to install the game..I've lost CvC points and losing daily log ins as well,  anyone with this issue I've sent messages to Palrium but just get auto response from them that is not helpfull.

I have tried logging out and then back with my email but keeps taking me to a new account, I have even uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing seems to work so will have to wait for support to get back to me, and pray i get my profile back, seems like my profile linked to my plarium id was lost or removed.
