I downloaded this game from link demolition ranch promoted with 50k silver a free epic hero. Didn't not receive hero. How can we fix this?? I have messaged tech support everyday since first downloaded the game. No answer from anyone. 

I downloaded this game using the link from demolition ranch saying 50k silver and free epic hero. Never received hero. I have sent a ticket every day since I first downloaded the game. Zero answers. Are yall not fixing this?? These youtubes are promoting your game to millions of people and yall are not keep up with your side of the agreement.

At best, this is misleading. At worst, it's a lie. I received neither. 

These are new player rewards though. Am I wrong in saying an account that hadn’t clicked any sponsor links would also receive this 7-day bonus?

The rewards are very ambiguous. I’ve seen 3 of these promos from different youtubers, and they all give the impression that the rewards are both instant and exclusive. Neither of which are true. I don’t know how much the people being sponsored are actually told about the promotion but either way it’s very misleading for the viewers. A bit of a slimy practice really.
