I spend 2 days trying to get fixed 3 overcharges and non delivery of items and I wake up this morning to being banned for refund abuse?  I just wanted them to fix what they messed up.  Normally when things aren't delivered I have to repurchase the items but this time they delivered and now are mad at me because I want them to do what they normally do?  First their system double charges taxes and then they try to say it's the payer's fault then they ask if I want a refund and so I say yes and it's abuse?.....
