a few days ago during the sacred shrad even i bought with my last money a pack of total of 40 shrads - including the 10 ii already had.

after opening 10 i went back to the shrad opning screen and saw i had 10 missing so instead of 40 i was left with 30 !

i please ask that either you refund to my paypal or send me the missing shrads! 

it makes no sense that ppl spend money and get ripped offf with no one to turn to - i opened a case via the contact form but got no response - these are very hard times financialy and i ask that either you refund or just send the missing shrads - even though they wont be worth as much as there is no 2x event now but either way ive never encountered such "glitches" in any other game were ppl like me get ripped off
