Double Charged Multiple Trans
To whom this may concern,
I put in a support ticket due to being double charged for the same transaction across multiple different purchases. Support informed me that they could not refund so I inquired about who i'd need to talk with they said google. This doesn't make much since as most of my purchases are via Paypal.. Support also informed me that if I despute 1 of the 2 charges, essentially fixing your mistake for you, they will ban my account with no guarentee i'll get it back. Great customer service!
I'm doing my best not to be frustrated here but its very clear in-game support doesnt care nor are they going to help so i'm writing you here.
1. How do we resolve this without banning my account?
2. How do we prevent double charges for purchases in the future?
3. Where would you like me to send screenshots of the charges?
