Can we get some answers from someone at Plarium? I had $1000 changed to my account, which I haven't successfully recovered (I've been trying to work through Plarium as the merchant first with little to no response) and now I received a ban because I simply requested a refund. This is very unusual way for a company to run their business. Considering I'm an active player, moderate spender, taking $1000 and turning you back is not good for the outcome of this community. Not to mention, I've now wasted a load of money and time on a game I'm currently banned from.
Again, someone from Plarium please just reply and provide some guidance.
