I bought one of the AU$109.99 Bonus offer packs, (I think it was called the new year super bonus when I bought it) on 31/12/2020. I received the standard pack offer but I didn't get the 300% bonus.

 I put a ticket in 5 days ago and two generic emails were sent straight out with suggestions on what the problem might be. I have checked everthing that I can but I'm unable to remedy the problem. My main concern is that I haven't heard back from the support team yet, so, I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me how long it generally takes to have this type of issue looked at or dealt with.
