I was charged twice for a 1 time only "bonus ancient pack"

Like the title says, was charged 69.99$ twice for the "bonus ancient pack" available September 20th 2020. this was a limit of 1 so i normally would not be able to purchase it twice. i also only received the items from that pack once. I submitted a ticket to support the second i noticed it but a full 24 hours and they haven't even sent me a reply confirming they are working to reimburse me or compensate me in any way other then an automated email. 


I'd like to be reimbursed the 69.99$ that was taken from me.

So far the response from Plarium support has been less then desirable. They added gems to my account, but I was under the impression those were a bonus as an apology this situation happened as I've seen with other companies do. they did not inform me that this was in fact the "refund" I was to receive. it took over a day to get that information from them. I was angry that they chose to do this instead of just issuing me a refund as I had originally asked for in the support ticket submission. 

I told them to take the gems back and refund me the additional money I was charged since I never consented to getting gems equal to 69.99 instead of getting a refund. But I haven't heard anything from them since.


Anyone else get the cold shoulder and have a refund request denied when the fault was on their system causing an error or am I special?

My case has been moved to a "specialist". Such an easy matter as system lag double charging a player has turned into such a convoluted and drawn out resolution that I'm surprised the person or people who wrote the support guidelines at Plarium hasn't choked on their own tongue while sleeping.

Hey so you guys took the 1899 gems you added to my account instead of refunding me away but haven't let me know if you issued a refund or not. just contact me with information when you do something I have no idea whats going on.
