Double charged for purchase?
I received an email from my credit card company. It shows that I was double billed $32.09 for a limited time offer I purchased.
To rectify the situation would it be best for me to either:
(1) Dispute the 2nd charge with my credit card comany.
OR
(2) Or request Plarium send me the 2nd purchase,that I have already been billed for.
I am asking before acting because I have read online about some customer accounts being banned for disputing purchases.
