I authorized the update this morning and as soon as the update finalized a new (unauthorized) $9.99 charge to my account appeared as well as a duplicate $0.99 charge that I only authorized once, yesterday. I did not find any items in my inbox other than the update gifts. I do not mind making purchases on this game. I do, however, expect that I initiate the purchases and receive something in exchange for my money. I would be happy to receive something in exchange as opposed to a refund. Unless there is some detail that I am overlooking, would appreciate this matter being resolved quickly.

No-one else has access to my account.
