Poor customer service.

I'm starting to lose my temper. I spent money buying the Battle pass, got the rollback and they didn't return it to me. I already warned you on the forum, the support is ridiculously bad and does not work, .... what should I do to be served? Next step I will report on the playstore, I think it is the only solution.

Remembering, I can't open support in game, it just doesn't work.

I'm in the same boat. Not a single response, here or through email. This is atrocious customer service.

Rodrigo,

#1 head to the Google Play store rate App 1 star. With some additional poor ratings, this app could sink to below a 4.0...this would be the kiss of death.

#2 Using "Google Assistant", get a full refund.

#3 File complaint against developer with Google Play for "failure to deliver in-game purchases as advertised in violation of Google Play Store policy."


Google takes this seriously and their customer service is lightning responsive. 

It should take you as long to do all three of these steps about as long as it took me to write this post. 


I'm sure I'll be banned for this post.  But I'll sleep well at night knowing these clowns will have to answer to their ownership regarding their poor 1st quarter financial performance.

I agree that the performance and the support is horrible last week.  Not sure how it was before that. Games like this are raking in  millions of $ a month. Looks like some amateurs are running it that happen to hit the app lottery. 


Would be nice to give something back to the community that is making a few persons filthy rich. Spend some of that money for professional help and build something that lasts. 


I suggest you start with a high skilled experienced developer and qualified 24/7 support, enough to meet the average demand in a reasonable time span.
